This year is looking to be the best year yet for Microsoft fans. With the newly announced Surface Pro 4, SurfaceBook, Lumia 550, Lumia 950, and Lumia 950 XL, Microsoft is going full speed ahead with a number of new innovative and extraordinary Windows 10 devices. This year is a great year to be an Xbox fan too. Between the huge variety of Xbox One Bundles, Xbox One exclusive game titles (Halo 5: Guardians), Xbox Elite Wireless Controller, and the upcoming Windows 10 integration on Xbox One, there is a number of amazing things to get excited about!

Microsoft just created a video on YouTube giving users ten reasons to get an Xbox One this holiday season. Here is the list:

  1. Best. Games lineup. Ever. (Halo 5!)
  2. More hardware choices than ever before (Xbox One Bundles)
  3. Xbox Elite Wireless Controller
  4. Backward Compability
  5. Gaming is better together (Xbox Live Gold)
  6. Storage of hoarder proportions (1 TB Xbox One hard drives)
  7. It just keeps getting better (monthly updates and fan feedback tools)
  8. NFL fantasy meets reality (get NFL fantasy stats while you watch NFL games live)
  9. Better with Windows 10 (Xbox One game streaming to Windows 10 devices)
  10. TV anyway you want it (HBO GO, Netflix, Sling TV, the list goes on…)

There are many more reasons to get an Xbox One now, let alone waiting for the 2015 holiday season to arrive. You could be playing Forza Motorsport 6Metal Gear Solid V The Phantom Pain, or be a part of the Star Wars Battlefront beta that starts today. I enjoy trash-talking with up to 12 of my Xbox Live friends in party chat. I love playing Xbox One and while I do have friends that prefer playing PS4, they do remark on how they wish PS4 had something like the Kinect and Xbox One’s backwards capability option. What’s your favorite Xbox One feature? Let us know in the comments!
Don’t forget to enter WinBeta’s contest for a chance to win a SurfaceBook!
