Microsoft Flight Simulator's World Update X focuses on United States cities

Microsoft Flight Simulator has released its latest free World Update.

World Update X focuses on the breathtaking vistas and cityscapes of the United States. The update includes 87 new Points of Interest (POIs), along with three new landing challenges, three discovery flights, and three bush trips. There are also four handcrafted airports in the new update:

  • Catalina (KAVX) on California's Catalina Island
  • Valdez (PAVD) in the Alaska landscape
  • Lake Tahoe (KTVL) in California's Sierra Nevada mountains
  • Block Island (KBID) on Rhode Island's East Coast

Again, the update is free for owners of Microsoft Flight Simulator. The game is available for Xbox Series X|S and PC, with Xbox and PC Game Pass, Windows, Steam, and on Xbox One and supported mobile phones, tablets, and lower-spec PCs via Xbox Cloud Gaming. Make sure your game is updated and simply download the World X Update to begin exploring the best the United States has to offer.
