Microsoft has announced today that three of its senior executives will be guest speakers at the Gartner Symposium Europe 2016 conference which is currently underway in Barcelona. If you’re not familiar with it, the event is one of the world’s most important reunions of IT executives with more than 24,000 attendees including 7,000 CIOs this year. “Microsoft will help to lead the debate as thousands of CIOs discuss how they can drive digital into the very heart of their products, processes and talent,” explained the company in the blog post announcing the news.
Julia White, Microsoft Corporate Vice President, Cloud Platform Marketing will address how companies can accelerate digital transformation during a 45 minutes keynote tomorrow at 10AM local time. Additional speakers include James Staten, Chief Strategist, Cloud & Enterprise and Director of Marketing Roy Sharples. “We’re also there to listen, and will be hearing from leading senior IT decision makers who are preparing for – and capitalizing on – the disruptive digital trends that promise to deliver long-term business benefits,” added the company.
Attendees will also be able to visit the Microsoft Learning Lab where the Redmond giant will demonstrate enterprise use cases for its latest technologies including the HoloLens mixed-reality headset.
