Early this month, it was spotted that Microsoft was testing the ability for users to sync their PWAs in Microsoft Edge Canary, on top of the already existing ability to sync your history, bookmarks among other items across multiple devices on Microsoft Edge. Not forgetting, the recent update made on the browser allows users to start Skype calls directly from it with the new Meet Now tool.

Now Microsoft might be working on a hub for the browser that will essentially assist users to organize their PWAs better, as spotted by the folks at Neowin. However, it is worth noting that this feature is not available to everyone, only to those on Edge Insider Canary channel as Microsoft continues to run tests and receive feedback from the users before making the official release, if ever.

This new feature is in place to ideally assist users to access their PWAs in one convenient location. Therefore, if you are on Canary and want to enable the Apps button, it is available once you click on the Appearances Setting.

Additionally, whenever you install apps onto your device they will be automatically grouped into certain categories. However, users have the ability to change these and sort them out according to their preferences.

We will have to wait and see how everything pans out as Microsoft continues to test out this new feature with consideration of the feedback that they get from the users.
