Microsoft Germany announced today that four new companies are joining its Mixed Reality Partner Program in the country. Holo-Light, ANIMA RES, 3spin and Axians are now part of Microsoft’s Mixed Reality Network, along with Zühlke Engineering GmbH, the first Germany company to come on board back in March 2017.
The new partners will benefit from extensive hands-on training with HoloLens in order to provide local customers advanced expertise in the development of mixed reality apps. It’s now been a year since HoloLens became available in Germany, which was one of the four European countries to get access to the new technology back in October 2016.
Last month, German company Bechtle also became one of the two new HoloLens distribution partners in Europe, along with French company Econocom. This growing network of local partners will be instrumental for speeding up HoloLens adoption and mixed reality development in the old continent.Further reading: Germany, HoloLens, Microsoft, Mixed reality
