The latest cinematic to Halo 5: Guardian is now live, bringing first look at the second mission “Blue Team” and the group of warriors of the same name, announced the Xbox Wire news page.
The titular squad of Spartans (who don’t exactly wear blue, curiously) is led by Halo legend Master Chief, and has a long, tight-knitted history since their childhood time together in the Spartan-II training program. The members of the “family” include Fredric-104, Kelly-087, Linda-058 and John-117 (our Master Chief.)
If those name-and-numbers overwhelmed you, do not worry, as you can find out all about the Blue Team and more through the upcoming three-part animated series Halo: The Fall of Reach. The series is an adaptation of the same-title Halo novel by Eric Nylund, and will be available for viewing on the Halo Channel on October 27 for owners of the Halo 5: Guardian Digital Deluxe Edition, Limited Edition or Limited Collector’s Edition.
