Media Center Pack for Windows 8 now available, costs you $10

For those of you who are looking forward to having Media Center on Windows 8, now is the time to grab it for $10. Microsoft is allowing Windows 8 users to add a new feature called “Media Center Pack” which will give you this functionality for those who desire it.

“Given the changing landscape, the cost of decoder licensing, and the importance of a straight forward edition plan, we’ve decided to make Windows Media Center available to Windows 8 customers via the Add Features to Windows 8 control panel (formerly known as Windows Anytime Upgrade). This ensures that customers who are interested in Media Center have a convenient way to get it,” Microsoft originally explained back in May. Microsoft is allowing Windows 8 users to pay via credit card or PayPal. If you want Media Center, go to the Search Charm and search for add features.

Microsoft is also offering Media Center for free for a limited time, check it out here.
