As the name suggests, the app give users the ability to design Minecraft skins and use them in game on the Pocket Edition or the full-fledged version of the game. 

Using the app is quite simple. The character is broken down into different parts such as body, leg, head, arm and helmet. Just think of your favorite game color and colorize it accordingly. Once create, save it in your OneDrive account. You’ll find the saved image as a PNG under the MC Skin Editor folder. Lastly, just open the character in Minecraft and enjoy.
