Major Nelson is giving away an ASUS gaming laptop

In line with the transition of Xbox exclusives from console to PC through the Windows 10 Store, Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb - long-time Xbox evangelist - seems to also be expanding his reach and expertise to new frontier, and his vehicle of choice is an ASUS ROG G752. And he is giving one out to the fans.

The ASUS ROG G752 laptop is part of ASUS's popular gaming-focused Republic of Gamers (hence ROG) device line-up. The laptop carries some beastly specs to fulfill its intended purpose, including a quad-core Intel Core i7 processor, GeForce GTX 970M dedicated graphics, and 16GB of RAM; in other words, more than enough to handle current games in reasonable video settings on its Full HD screen. The exterior is also gamer's cred-certified, with burning-red air vents reminiscent of luxurious car, solid tank-like base, and WASD keys highlighting. For easy value comprehension, the laptop starts at $1,499.

Interested in getting one, for free? Gaining a chance is as simple as leaving a comment in the original post, answering the question: "What PC video game would you want to play first on the ASUS ROG G752?" and get notified if you win. As if the deal is not sweet enough, the Major is also throwing in a copy of Rise of the Tomb Raider Windows Store version along with the machine, to immediately get the winner up and running with its capabilities. In fact, even if you don't win the laptop, you still have a chance of being one of the ten runner-ups to receive Rise of the Tomb Raider on the Windows Store, which currently is going for $55.99. Not a bad deal.

Deadline for entering is Friday, 26 February at 12:00 p.m. PT, and there can only be one entry per person, so we suggest you comment quickly. The site use Disqus for comments, and winners will get notified via their Disqus-connected email, or by Major Nelson on Twitter, on February 29.
