LinkedIn announces Talent Insights, data analysis for how to find, and keep, talented employees
LinkedIn announced today that Talent Insights, its new talent analytics solution aiming to optimize recruiting efficiency is now generally available. Talent Insights is a self-service tool that gives companies direct access to rich data on talent pools and companies, and LinkedIn says that it will be able to give insights about the best locations for opening a new office and more.
The professional social network currently has 575M+ professionals, 20M+ companies and 15M+ active job listings, and it’s already a must for talent scouts. With its latest offering, LinkedIn hopes to help companies to make better talent decisions. “Talent Insights is comprised of two reports, which include unique cuts of data to help you with anything from peer benchmarking and retention analysis to university recruiting,” the company explained in a blog post today.
LinkedIn says that it already tested Talent Insights with more than 80 customers including Intel, highlighting its ability to provide data-driven insights about labor market trends, employer branding and more.
