Surface Pro 3 has received its fair share of success, and was even named by Time Magazine as one of the best inventions of 2014. So, there’s a chance that we may get to see similar tablets from other manufacturers as well. According to a new reportLG is working on a new tablet, which will be more like the Surface Pro 3, a tablet which can also be used as a laptop, and may launch with a detachable keyboard.
The details about the alleged tablet are scarce, but the folks at CNET, citing LG Insiders, said the tablet will feature a Intel’s fourth-generation core processor and a Solid State drive, as well as an improved battery life. Apparently, LG is also considering a touchpad system on its tablet, similar to that of the Surface Pro 3. If correct, this will make it quite different when LG’s Tab-Book which launched earlier this year with a slide out keyboard.
There’s no word from LG if they are working on any tablet, but we’ll update you as soon a we get to hear anything more about this alleged tablet.
