Another year, another upgrade cycle for Lenovo's flagship ThinkPad line.

In 2020, customers can expect to see the usual staples onboard devices such as the T14, L13 Yoga and X13 like generational Intel processor bumps and tweaks to Dolby Audio and Vision software.

However, there are a couple of new feature additions worth noting when configuring a new system that includes an optional on-cell touch display for the L-series as well as AMD Rysen PRO 4000 Mobile processor options available for ThinkPad T14s, T14, X13, L14, and L15 devices.

Other intangible benefits coming to this year's line up also include an evolved Modern Standby infrastructure to help provide "smartphone-like always-on" connectivity, unified communications function keys presumably to leverage Microsoft's Your Phone call features as well as enhanced audio experiences, particularly in the L-Series line up.

Lenovo's 2020 ThinkPad line should be available for pre-orders starting the second quarter of this year with some starting at prices as low as $649.00.
