Microsoft is continuing its efforts with Cortana, as can be seen in a leaked video showing off some of Microsoft’s virtual assistant’s new capabilities.

The video shows off Cortana integration on the Outlook mobile app for iPhone. The assistant is able to read conversations out loud, and receive commands via the user’s voice for actions such as “flag the conversation.” Users will also be able to set Cortana’s voice in the app to either the traditional Feminine voice or the alternative Masculine voice.

On Windows, Cortana is also seen in the video with a fresh new look and better integration with Office. Outlook on the web seems to also be getting Cortana integration as well, as is shown emailing users a daily briefing in the video, and will additionally be able to schedule appointments straight from the web app.

Microsoft hasn’t spoken much about Cortana in recent months, but the video further highlights the fact that it wants to push for business use for the assistant. While other assistants like Alexa, Siri, and Google Assistant focus more on consumer needs, Microsoft seems to be moving Cortana towards the enterprise space instead.
