The episode focuses on how we should stop focusing on the “negatives” of each generation, and instead see how the strengths of each generation can come together to create a team with tons of insight. It’s a pretty interesting watch if you’re trying to manage a multi-generation team, or even if you’re just interested in how young and old professionals can come together to make great teams.
