The latest episode of Microsoft’s Modern Workplace is out, and it deals with an issue that everyone has to approach at some point in their lives: the generation gap. Since Modern Workplace is a show that focuses on work environments, this episode mostly focuses on the impact of the generation gap in the work force.
The episode features an interview with Jamie McLellan, CTO of J. Walter Thompson, and takes some time to focus on Microsoft Teams.
The episode focuses on how we should stop focusing on the “negatives” of each generation, and instead see how the strengths of each generation can come together to create a team with tons of insight. It’s a pretty interesting watch if you’re trying to manage a multi-generation team, or even if you’re just interested in how young and old professionals can come together to make great teams.
