Microsoft is all set to launch the first Microsoft Lumia branded Windows Phone on November 11. From the leaked images and official teased render, the device appears to be the entry level Lumia 535, the successor to the Lumia 530 which the company launched earlier this year. The tease also suggests that the company will unveil only one Microsoft Lumia device on Tuesday. But apparently it is working on at least one more Lumia device, as spotted in a leaked photo coming from China.
The image is blurry, but if you look closely at the bottom row, you will find a larger Microsoft-branded Lumia smartphone with curved edges. The phone looks to be larger than the rumored Lumia 535. Sadly, at this point that is all the information we have about the said device. Though the phone does suggest that Microsoft wants to have more of its device in the retail shops.
In case you weren’t aware of the new brand proposition, Nokia’s brand name is slowly being phased out of everywhere. Microsoft acquired Nokia's Devices and Services business earlier this year, and in the last couple of months, it has started to get the Nokia brand footprint out of sight. It has already renamed most of the Nokia apps, and has made several Nokia sites redirect to the mobile section of Microsoft. A couple of weeks ago, Microsoft announced that under its watch, no more Nokia branded Windows Phone will be coming out of Redmond.
