The February 21st Lanch of Halo Wars 2 is more than a few weeks away, but if you’re in the New York City area, you might want to consider joining Major Nelson at the Flagship Microsoft Store in NYC tomorrow for a special Halo Wars 2 Event. The event features Halo Wars 2 gameplay and tips and tricks, food, and the chance to win exclusive Halo Wars 2 prizes.
As noted on the Microsoft Store Facebook Page, the line for the event begins at 7:30 PM ET, and the first 100 people in line will get complimentary credentials to enter the event. According to Microsoft, each credential is your ticket for the winning the raffle prizes announced that night, though, arriving early does not increase your chances of winning the credentials. No purchase is required, and the event will be open to all US residents ages 13 and older.
Halo Wars 2 is set to launch for those who pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition on February 17th, with a full release planned for Feb. 21. Microsoft and 343 Industries are planning a livestreamed launch event on the 16th at 4pm PST.
