HP today announced a new Windows Mixed Reality headset. Though it is relatively the same as the existing consumer offering from the company this new headset is meant for use in the commercial space (via Neowin.)

The Professional Edition headset is part of HP’s new Device as a Service for VR offering, meant to bring Windows Mixed reality to the workspace. The offering covers both software and hardware, also including business PCs such as EliteDesk 800 Tower.

As for the headset, it is the same as the consumer version but includes new replaceable face cushions. It keeps the familiar dual 1440×1440 displays, 90Hz refresh rate, and the hinge style mechanism and adjusting knob. The Professional Edition headset goes on sale at the price of $449 in March of this year.

If you so happen to be interested the specifics of this headset are available via HP’s documentation here.
