If you’re in India or keep a tab on the news from the region, you know about the sudden demonetization initiative by the government, leading to an unexpected cash crunch during the period of currency transition.
In a bid to help customers facing the cash crunch, HP India has announced payment holiday for all notebook customers in a press release sent to us via email. This facility will be available under a special zero-interest EMI scheme and no down payment will be required at the time of purchase.
As part of the scheme, customer can buy any notebook launched in 2016, and the payment of EMIs will start from January 2017. The scheme will be available at designated 1,100 HP stores across India, including the exclusive HP World stores.
“HP always endeavours its customers to provide unique buying experience and we wish to help our customers during the ongoing currency transition. We want our valued customers not to face any challenge in buying HP notebooks and have a hassle free experience to own a HP notebook”
– Ketan Patel, Director, Personal Systems, HP India
