If you’re a webmaster, you know that it’s very important to control how your website appears in search results, including those provided by Microsoft’s Bing. Yes, the search engine has always been lagging behind Google in most markets since launch, but you can’t deny that Bing is the default option on Microsoft’s Edge browser on Windows 10 PCs. Moreover, Redmond also has a long time partnership with Apple to make Siri search Bing for results, which probably helps to drive Bing usage on iPhones and iPads.
It may not be as popular and full-featured as Google’s Search Console and Analytics apps, but Microsoft’s Bing Webmaster tools is the place to go if you want to improve how your website is indexed on the search engine. Over the years, Microsoft has improved its online suite with various reporting and diagnostic tools, but the whole website seems to be somewhat broken these days.

We’ve reached out to Microsoft to see if the company is aware of any issues with the service, and we’ll update this post if we get an answer.Further reading: Bing, Bing Webmaster Tools, Microsoft, Webmaster
