Known for keeping users up to date on the latest breaking news, The Guardian continues to improve its already sleek design and accessible award-winning content. The latest update for the UWP app brought two new important features:

  • NEW Football tables now available for most major European leagues. Find it under Football / Tables on the main menu
  • NEW for Surface users! Inking: tick cards to automatically save them for later or cross them to un-save.

Now users can take a Surface pen to the newspaper application, easily marking stories to save for later or to get rid of them. Add that to the handy search feature and offline browsing, The Guardian is cementing itself as one of the more versatile news and media applications for Windows 10.
