If you’re in the market looking for some amazing covers for your shiny new Surface Pro 4, the folks at Toast have now released their wood covers for the tablet. The new covers come in a variety of material options to choose from, including bamboo, ebony, walnut and ash. The covers are designed in such a way so it doesn’t restrict and ports or hinder kickstand movement.
Toast describes the new covers on their product page,
Elegantly engineered, laser-cut and hand-finished, the full kit includes a two-piece back cover, side wraps and button covers. Designed for full access to ports and unrestricted kickstand movement, the slim veneer cover attaches directly and securely to your Surface tablet with a high-quality adhesive, protecting it from sand and other particulates that commonly damage devices when they become trapped inside a typical tablet case (because you wouldn’t want to scratch your Surface, right?).
The covers for the Surface Pro 4 starts at $49, but you can add extra goodies to it as well. Adding a front panel would cost an extra $15 increasing the price to $64. You can add etching for the Windows logo for an extra $5 or add a custom text to the cover for an addition $5.Further reading: covers, Microsoft, Surface Pro 4, toast
