Microsoft might be getting ready to release the Lumia 650 to replace the current entry-level Windows smartphone champ, the Lumia 640. That doesn’t mean the Lumia 640 is a bad phone, certainly not at today’s low, low prices. Enter Best Buy, thanks to a sighting from Andy over at Neowin, users can snag a AT&T GoPhone Lumia 640 off-contract for only $47.99.
If you’re unfamiliar, the Lumia 640 is a well-spec’d smartphone for the price. While it’s no Lumia 950 or 950 XL, it’s still a relatively quick device with a nice screen and good battery life. It’s a perfect starter smartphone or backup device, and at $47.99 is pretty much a steal.
