Ginger: Beyond The Crystal is a cool new platformer on Xbox One

A new video game platformer is on its way to the Xbox One and it’s called, Ginger: Beyond The Crystal. Developed by Badland Games, Ginger: Beyond The Crystal features many of the popular aspects of the numerous platformers that have come before it such as power-ups, a variety of levels and worlds to progress through, hidden bonuses, supporting characters to help the player, and a variety of baddies for the player to defeat. The game is expected to provide over 15 hours of gameplay value.

Here’s the official game description for Ginger:

Beyond The Crystal on Xbox One: A world destroyed by a crystal explosion, a mysterious threat hanging over its inhabitants, and a goddess who creates a hero. This is Ginger: Beyond The Crystal. Some characters will give you special abilities that will help you solve puzzles and defeat your enemies. There are three different worlds to discover, each one with its own enemies and incredibly fun bonus levels to test your skills.

  • 15 levels of adventures and platforms
  • 15 hidden bonus levels to probe your skills
  • An epic soundtrack right out of your dreams
