Minecraft developer Mojang has just kicked off the Minecraft Summer Sale, offering up to 75% discounts on select skins, worlds, texture packs and more through Monday, July 8. “There’ll be new items on sale every day and the easiest way to take advantage of them all is to follow us on Twitter or head straight to the Minecraft Marketplace,” the team explained
To sweeten the pot, the Summer Beach Party skin pack can be downloaded for free from the Minecraft marketplace during the Summer Sale.
This summer should be an exciting one for Minecraft fans as the closed beta for the new Minecraft Earth AR game should kick off pretty soon on iOS and Android. Microsoft gave a first live demo of the game at Apple’s WWDC developer conference last month, and those of you who sign up for the beta will also receive a free skin for Minecraft Earth and Minecraft Bedrock.
