Red Stripe Deals

Every week, Microsoft offers a number of apps and games at a discounted price as a part of their Red Stripe Deal for both Windows and Windows Phone. If you're ready to save some of your cash, Microsoft is offering a discount of up to 67 percent on several popular apps for both Windows and Windows Phone.

The endless runner game Rayman Fiesta Run is available at a massive 67 percent discount which brings it's price down to $0.99 on both Windows Phone and Windows 8.1 -- normally priced at $2.99. Unfortunately, it's not a universal app so you may have to pay for it in both stores.

It's not just Rayman Fiesta run, as several other titles are available at a discount, including "The Mystery of the Crystal Portal" which now costs $1.99 -- down from $4.99, as well as Modern Combat 5: Blackout which also comes with a 50 percent discount, reducing its price to $3.49 from $6.99.

Other titles include:

  • 8 Zip app -- $1.99 in the Windows Phone Store and $4.99 in the Windows Store
  • Ready steady play (Windows Phone) -- $0.99
  • Battle Group 2 (Windows Phone) -- $1.99
  • Riptide GP2 (Windows) -- $2.99, normally $6.99
  • Grim Legends (Full) (Windows Phone) -- $1.49
  • Grim Legends: The Forsaken Bride (Full) -- $3.49, normally $6.99

Now might be a good time to get the apps, if any of your favorite app is in the list. All you have to do is head over to the Red Stripe Deals in the Windows Store to grab the discounted apps. Similarly, you can check the Windows Phone Store link below to see which apps on the mobile platform are available for a discount.
