forza motorsport VIP credit

Forza Motorsport 7: Ultimate Edition came out on the Xbox One and Windows 10 a couple of days ago, and players noticed that the VIP Pass is not what they had expected. The VIP Pass used to give players a permanent boost to credits allowing you to level up faster on the other hand and buy more cars using the credits. Collecting cars is the central theme in Forza Motorsport, and the VIP Pass doesn’t provide what it used to.

Turn 10 Studios decided to bring back permanent VIP credit boosts

Motorsport 7 developers said that the plan is to change VIP rewards in Forza Motorsport 7. The new system should work as it did before, back in Forza Motorsport 6. It will offer 2X base credit bonus after each race. The feature is currently in the works, and it will be launched as soon as it’s ready.

Now, in Forza Motorsport 7, players only get VIP Mods that can be used for 25 races. Even if it sounds like a lot of races, it’s still not good enough considering that fans pay $100 for the feature. Regarding the potential reason for which the feature was changed, it might be the fact that Turn 10 Studios wanted to make the game fair for all players. But, it’s still not right because some players paid a significant amount of cash for the feature and the game’s description doesn’t mention the fact that it’s changed.

Turn 10 Studio promised to deal with the situation and enable the good old VIP Pass. Or they could at least give VIP owners a pack of VIP mods each week. We really hope that the game’s developers will fix the issue soon enough to prevent this controversy from generating more negativity because it would be ashamed considering the huge fan base of this game.
