‘The Snowman’ has been an enduringly popular tale, bringing Christmas joy to generations of children over the last thirty years. Concerning the animated exploits of the titular Snowman, who flies to the North Pole with his young red-headed accomplice, the story is a popular fixture on the Christmas TV schedule.

Now, Windows Phone users can join the Snowman and the Snowdog in their latest adventure, flying around the world, adding a host of new locations. These include: San Francisco, Japan, China and Australia. Rendered in the iconic design of the film, and featuring music from the film by Ilan Ishkeri, the game caters to users of all ages, from the young to the young at heart.

Available from the Windows Phone store for $4.99, the game features adjustable difficulty levels and involves manipulating the in-game environment to find collectibles and solve puzzles, all while taking in the sights and sounds of the world as seen by the Snowman. This game also features support for 512MB devices, meaning that everyone can join in with the festive fun.
