Flipboard for Windows Phone listed on Windows Phone Store, can't be installed just yet though

The massively popular reading app, Flipboard, is all set for its arrival on Microsoft’s mobile operating system. It has been listed on the Windows Phone Store, although, you can’t install it just yet. We believe it is just a matter of time before this decent reading app becomes available for your handset.

For those who are unfamiliar, Flipboard is a magazine style reader. It lets users choose the topics they are interested in, and then caters them with quality content. One of the most adorable features of this app is its interface, which is beautiful. “Flipboard is your personal magazine. An award-winning app used by millions every day, it is the best way to catch up on things happening around the world or dive deep into specific topics, from gadgets to grilling. To begin, pick a few categories you want in your magazine. Then tap any tile to read specific things you’ve added or use Cover Stories, a quick way to browse highlights from all your topics,” reads the app description.

Do note that you can still manually grab the download file (.appx file), but you can’t install it just yet. This is the error we got while trying to install the app, “Can’t install company app”.

We knew that the app was coming to the Windows Phone Store, as it comes pre-installed on the recently announced Lumia 730 and the Lumia 830 smartphones. But for some reasons better left unsaid, it was not announced that day.  Stay tuned, we will have you posted when Flipboard is really ready to be installed on your Windows Phone handset.
