Microsoft has started sending invites for the first flight for Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary on PC. The remaster of Bungie’s first Halo game is coming soon to the Windows 10 Microsoft Store and Steam, and select Halo Insiders should now be receiving Steam keys for this new Halo Insider MCC Flight.

The content of this build includes the full Halo: CE campaign, Multiplayer, Matchmaking, Custom Games, and Customization, as well as Halo: Reach content. A new crouch behavior has also been implemented in the latter, along with other new features such as Push to Talk Voice Chat, and Push to Talk Rebind. A list of known issues in this flight is also available on this page.
This flight will conclude on February 24 at 10 AM PT, and some Insiders may receive a survey to share their feedback about their experience with developer 343 Industries. If you want to participate to future flights, you can still join the Halo Insider Program on the Halo Waypoint website.
Following the release of Halo: Reach on PC in December, Microsoft still plans to bring the rest of the games in the Halo: MCC anthology to PC players throughout 2020. It remains to be seen if 343 Industries manages to do this before the release of Halo: Infinite on PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X in the holiday season.
