E3 2018: Xbox One & Windows 10 digital pre-orders for Forza Horizon 4 are now live

After its official reveal during Microsoft's E3 presentation this week, Forza Horizon 4 is now available for digital pre-order on Xbox One and Windows 10.

Forza Horizon 4 is the latest in the spinoff series from the main Forza game that swaps out controlled professional car races for open-world exploration and fun. Each Horizon title has been set within a different country or region and Forza Horizon 4 will take drivers to Britain. The game will also be the first to implement season changes that transform the landscape.

There are three versions of Forza Horizon 4 available for pre-order. The Standard Edition contains the base game while the Deluxe Edition comes with the game and the Car Pass for future car additions.

The Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition comes with the game and the Car Pass as well as VIP Membership, Formula Drift Car Pack, Day One Car Pack, and "two game expansions when they become available." Ultimate Edition buyers will also be able to begin playing the game four days before the official release date, October 2nd.

Pre-ordering Forza Horizon 4 on Xbox One or Windows 10 will automatically unlock the Formula Drift Car Pack in both Forza Motorsport 7 and Forza Horizon 4.

Forza Horizon 4 is an Xbox Play Anywhere title which means that buying it on Xbox One will automatically unlock it on Windows 10 and vice versa. It will also be added to Xbox Game Pass on launch day so those who subscribe to that service will be able to play it without buying it outright.
