Looks like Microsoft has accidentally revealed the new Metro-styled Hotmail interface, seen via a screenshot depicting the Microsoft Account login screen. This placeholder image clearly showcases the new interface but is it real or just a mockup?
As you can see from the image, the new Metro-styled Hotmail looks really nice with a minimalistic header and Metro-style navigation menu which lets you shift between Hotmail, People, Calendar, and SkyDrive. Previous reports have indicated that the new Hotmail interface would feature a “fast, fluid, and intuitive” and fully touch optimized interface. What remains to be seen is if this placeholder image is infact real. If it is, it sure looks nice.
