It appears today’s quite a busy day for the folks at Dell as they’ve introduced a number of new high-end Windows 10 devices, including the 2-in-1 XPS 12 as well as the XPS 15. However, these aren’t the only machines to see the light of the day today, the company has also introduced a refreshed XPS 13 laptop which received quite a warm welcome from the tech community when it launched at CES 2015.
Visually, you may not be able to notice any change in the new XPS 13, but internally, it’s a monster when it comes to specifications. The device features a 13-inch Infinite Edge display with a resolution of 3200 by 1800 pixels and are powered by the latest Intel Skylake processors, offering users with a wide range of configurations up to Core i7. The RAM has been increased as well and you get up to 16GB of it, along with up to 1TB of PCIe SSD storage for faster performance.
There are two USB 3.0 ports, a USB Type-C port, microSD card slot and ships with Windows 10 as its operating system out of the box.
If you’re interested in it, you’ll be glad to know that it’s available for sale from Dell starting today with prices starting from $799. The company is also selling a special gold version of the laptop which will be available through select retailers for $1649.
