It was mostly after the launch of Windows Phone 8 did Start screen customization apps rise to prominence, giving users more flexibility to modify and personalize their devices. Even Microsoft joined the party by highlighting some of the creative “TileArt” users were creating.
Now it seems that art is spreading to more Microsoft devices, namely, the Microsoft Band. There’s a new app on the Store, and it’s called Band Pro. With Band Pro, users can not only customize the background on their Bands, but create new tiles, both in the regular square shape, or even round ones. With the app, Microsoft Band owners can also choose from a number of backgrounds (as well as their own), colors, as well as sift through a built-in image search engine to find your favorite sports club logos and more.
Whether or not you consider wearable technology to be a fashion statement, it’s always great to have the option to customize the devices to meet your personal tastes. You can download the Band Pro app now for $1.29, but a free version is also available albeit with some limitations, as expected. Head over to the download link below and get customizing, if you’re a lucky owner of the rather elusive Microsoft Band of course.Microsoft, Microsoft Band, Windows Phone
