Continuous ringing bug in Skype apparently fixed

Microsoft is always working hard to improve the Skype experience, and today the company has finally improved a bug that has long bothered users of the service.

The bug was frequently reported by many Skype users, and involved a situation where there would be continuous ringing on a web-based call, even if that call was answered on another device.  This information is coming from Thurrot.com, which finds that the update also,

“…helps address the issue where messages would show up out of order as well; although it may not totally eradicate the problem.”

The update does appear to show that Microsoft is listening to the feedback and complaints from users of Skype. So, if you just so happen to use Skype, you can report bugs like this one for yourself by posting in the Skype Community, or even contacting Skype support.
