Chuwi has put up its new Windows 10 2-in-1 tablet – UBook Pro – on the crowdfunding platform, Indiegogo.

The compact and portable UBook Pro comes with a unique, although not unseen, U-shaped kickstand that can be opened to 145° and weighs only 780g (~1.72lbs). Of course, at first glance, it reminds you of the Surface Pro. The inspiration is obvious.

Established in 2004, Chuwi is a popular Chinese OEM headquartered in Shenzhen. The company has gained some footing in the international market with its budget laptops and tablets aided by availability on Amazon as well as Chinese online retailers like AliExpress and GearBest which ship its devices globally.

The Chuwi UBook Pro is powered by the Intel Core m3-8100Y processor with 8GB of RAM and 256GB SSD. It packs in a full laminated 12.3-inch Full HD IPS multitouch display with 2048 levels of active stylus pressure sensitivity with the company’s new upgraded HiPen H5 active stylus.
