CES 2014: Samsung Ativ One7 all-in-one Windows 8.1 PC Announced

Not too long ago, Samsung unveiled the Ativ Book 9 laptop running Windows 8, but it’s not the only product the Korean giant unveiled at the event. Samsung also unveiled Ativ One7 All-in-One PC powered by Microsoft’s latest operating system, Windows 8.1. The new Ativ One7 AIO 2014 Edition comes with a boost in the specifications compared to the previous model, and promises seamless PC-Mobile convergence with the Galaxy smartphones. 

Samsung Ativ One7 AIO PC comes with a sleek and slim design, and measures 575.4 x 345.4 x 26.6mm. The AIO features a 24-inch LED Full HD display boasting a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels with a ten-point multi-touch and an aspect ratio of 16:9. In terms of processors, users have the option to choose between Intel Core i3 and Core i5 processor (4th. generation). The AIO offers users 8GB of memory and 1TB of HDD, along with a 128SSD with a 1TB HDD. 

Other features includes a one megapixel camera with 720p video capability, two USB3.0 ports,  two USB2.0, HDMI-in / out, headphones and microphone combo jack, 3-in-1 SD card reader, as well as HDTV connectivity support depending on availability of the service. The AIO PC is only available in a white color option, and weights 7.3KG. 

In  terms of availability, the Ativ One7 AIO PC will hit retail in Korea starting February 2014 for the non-touch model while the touch-based model will go on sale from April 2014. There’s no word about the pricing, and will vary depending on the hardware configuration. We’ll update you once they are announced.
