Teen Titan's Beast Boy comes to Fortnite video game with a new transforming skin

| |

Beast Boy is the latest DC Comics character to get his own outfit in the mega-popular Fortnite video game. Announced earlier today, the Beast Boy skin will drop in the in-game Item Shop store later this week on May 13th and will be accompanied by a video game controller and pizza back bling, a purple and green pickaxe, and a built-in emote that will transform the Teen Titan into his green gorilla form.

The Beast Boy outfit itself will have two appearances to choose from; one with Garfield Mark Logan in his Beast Boy superhero outfit and one with the character in his more casual streetwear.

To celebrate the arrival of the fan-favorite character, a Teen Titans Cup will be held the day before its launch which will give players the chance to win the skin and back bling for free. While winning this tournament may be a challenge for some, everyone who earns at least eight points will receive an exclusive Beast Boy and Raven loading screen wallpaper and all participants will get a Beast Boy & Raven Spray simply for playing at least a single match.

Beast Boy wasn’t among the several skins leaked during the Epic Games/Apple trial earlier this month which is actually a good thing for players still wanting to be surprised by future Fortnite announcements.
