Bing provides a real-time experience for the upcoming US Republican and Democratic conventions

With the US Republican and Democratic National Conventions starting next week, the Bing team is getting ready to provide the best convention experience possible. For the conventions, Bing plans to provide real-time information on who will be convention speakers, who will be the vice presidential selections, and on the conventions’ general atmosphere.

Bing relied on feedback from potential voters to find out what information mattered to them the most at this stage of the election process. Most of the feedback received focused on the current news stories and their relevance to US Presidential candidates’ stances, for example, gun control and the recent spate of shootings in Orlando and Dallas.

By drawing from leading news sources as well as monitor tweets from different convention attendees to get the most robust collection of updates and Twitter conversations swirling around at each of the conventions. Live streams of each convention will also be available directly from Bing!

Additionally, Bing’s convention FAQ can answer any basic questions you may have about what makes conventions such an important part of the US Presidential elections process. Bing is always looking to improve its search results provide the most relevant election experiences to keep you informed.
