Among Us is coming to Xbox consoles and Xbox Game Pass on December 14

Among Us was one of the biggest gaming phenomenons of 2020, and the game is finally coming to Xbox consoles on December 14. The social deduction game previously joined Xbox Game Pass for PC last year, and the Xbox version will also be available on Xbox Game Pass for Console on day one.

Following a quiet debut on iOS, Android, and Windows back in 2018, Among US is a great example of a small indie game that reached incredible momentum after being picked up by popular streamers on Twitch and YouTube. The game saw its popularity explode last year as the COVID-19 pandemic led more people to embrace multiplayer games, and Among Us was released on the Nintendo Switch back in December 2020.

It’s great to see that Among Us is coming soon to Xbox consoles, but another gaming sensation from last year is also expected to make its Xbox debut in 2021: Fall Guys, the popular platform battle royale game now owned by Epic Games saw its Xbox and Switch release being delayed to after summer 2021, and it’s still not clear if developer Mediatonic will be able to release it on these new platforms before the end of the year.
