Adobe Reader Touch

Adobe has changed the name of its Adobe Reader Windows 8 app to Adobe Reader Touch, and an update of the app is now available in the Windows Store for both Windows 8 and Windows RT. The updated app also features some improvements!

“Adobe® Reader® is the free, trusted leader for reliably viewing and interacting with PDF documents across platforms and devices. This version of Adobe Reader has been specially designed for the new Windows 8 Touch user interface to give you a great experience working with PDF documents on your Windows 8 Tablet,” the app description reads.

In the latest update to the app, Adobe has changed the app name to Adobe Reader Touch, to clearly differentiate the desktop version of Adobe Reader with the Touch app. Adobe has also added the ability to view sticky note annotations and improved zoom controls for mouse users.
