A bunch of new titles are coming to EA Access / Origin Access this summer

When Electronic Arts first opened up EA Access for Xbox One and its counterpart Origin Access for PC, it was debatable whether the publisher had enough content to justify spending $4.99/month or $29.99/year. Now the subscription access is adding in a list of new titles fresh for the summer between July and September.

While the two are separate entities with their own subscriptions, Origin Access and EA Access are also receiving two titles available on both: Battlefield and Titanfall 2. Subscribers on either PC or Xbox One will also be able to play FIFA 18 before launch. Also, EA recently added all four Star Wars Battlefront expansions (Outer Rim, Bespin, Death Star, and Rogue One: Scarif) into the vault.

Separately, Origin Access on PC will be welcoming Oxen Free, Rebel Galaxy, and The Sims 4 to its list of titles. The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe Edition comes with some exclusive content compared to its standard edition and has already been confirmed as becoming available on July 11.

EA Access on Xbox, on the other hand, is getting a handful of Play First trials from EA Sports. Madden NFL 18, NHL 18, and NBA LIVE 18 are all going to be available for subscribers to get into the game before launch.

On top of access to these games and more in the ‘Vault’, EA Access and Origin Access both include a 10% discount on all EA digital purchases and early trials for brand new games.
