If you’re planning to buy an Xbox One, hold that thought for a few more weeks, as Kmart, American chain of discount department stores could soon start retailing the gaming console for $50 cheaper. A leaked ad-scan suggests that beginning the week of November 9, the Kinect-less Xbox One will become available for $350 at the said retailer.
If the ad-scan is true, the $50 price slash could help the Xbox One become available for cheaper than its rival PlayStation 4. From the Microsoft’s latest earnings, the Xbox One has brought a lot of profits to the company, and the sales have been up by a whopping 102% since the quarter before it.
At this point, it is not certain if the Xbox One with Kinect will get a price drop too. It is also uncertain if the device will be available at all the retailers or will it remain limited to Kmart. We will let you know as we learn more.Further reading: Kinect, USA
