There are 225 Microsoft Edge “flags,” which are features in that you can enable by using the edge://flags feature. edge://flags, or Edge flags, can add extra features and functionality by enabling extra services to your Edge browser by enabling or disabling “flags.”
You can enable (and disable) these flags at any time by accessing the Edge flags menu located within the Edge browser. edge://flags is the hidden location within the browser’s settings where you can enable or disable developer-level features and functions.

Enable Edge flags
Follow these steps to Enable Edge flags on any domain and across any platform, including Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS, Android, and even Linux (.deb & .rpm)!
- Open the Edge browser on your supported device.
- Copy and paste
edge://flagsinto the address bar to go to the flags menu.
- Search for the flag or flags you want via the search box. In this example, I am searching for “PWA” flags.
- Click the dropdown menu next to the flag you want to enable. Change the value from Default to Enabled to turn on that flag. Click Disabled to turn off that flag.
- Once you change the status of a flag, you will have to click Restart to restart Edge for the changes to take effect. If you want to revert back to the Edge’s default settings, you can click Reset all at the top of the page at any time in the flags menu.
